The Memorial Hall is a registered charity, and the Management Committee consists of a maximum of 26 'trustee' members. The seven major village organisations — Athletic Club, Badminton, Church, Indoor Bowls, Moorsholm In Bloom, WI and Young Farmers — can all nominate 2 representatives. Other interested persons can be invited to join the Committee, as co-optees if necessary.
