3254 Private Francis George Marsay (known as ‘Frank’) served with the 4th Battalion, Yorkshire Regiment, and died on 15 September 1916 at the age of 26.
He was son of William and Jane Marsay, of Haredale Farm, and his War Grave Certificate is shown here.
