Two of the shortlisted entries were journalists. LYTTANYA SHANNON from BBC North East showed how well she could build a rapport with interviewees, and ITV Border's VICTORIA HOE revealed a broad range of VJ skills — researching, shooting, editing and presenting most of her reports. The third was CHRIS CHAPMAN, in a new role at Dene Films, whose portfolio was direct and compelling.
