Once owned by Rob McIver, Driffield, E.Riding. Released from Solihull, 19/10/56. Rob did a lot of research work on the build dates etc of the SXF Land-Rovers, and contributed a great deal to the information on this website.
Later owned by Joe Keeling, Cheshire.
Current owner (04/11), Alan Roberts, is currently living near Macclesfield in Cheshire but will be moving to Guernsey at some point. He says "Any advice on how to retain an SXF reg when moving overseas gratefully received!". I have provided him with some pointers, but if any one has any direct experience of moving a vehicle to the Channel Islands I'd be pleased to hear them.
